Experience in the industry is not required. Drivers can earn up to $1000.00 per week / $200.00 per shift. Compensation includes Tips, Bonus, and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities

-Develops and executes a personal sales strategy that reaches prospecting calls and sales goals.

-Answering all incoming calls and text messages on a timely manner while executing with the utmost care of our customers.

-Answering all review's on weedmaps, and updating daily call logs from our different advertising platforms

-Cultivates customer relationships and manage account needs on an individual basis

-Maintains accurate records of all new and existing clients.

-Assists the company in helping develop and execute long-term goals.

-Keeping up with the cannabis industry and spread brand awareness and prospect for new clients

Requirements

-Must type at least 60WPM

-Minimum two years experience in sales and or customer service.

-Strong understanding of customer service needs.

-Great organization skills, in office and digitally.

-Ability to set and execute goals promptly.

-Understanding of sales and performance metrics.

Job Description: The Driver Operations team is responsible for building and managing a scalable operating environment for a fast growing cannabis delivery with plans for expansive growth. This team is tasked with daily operations such as launching drivers, devising load balanced driver routes, vehicle maintenance, and reporting daily\/weekly\/monthly targets. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the AM manager with all daily tasks, planning and reporting. The business offers strong upward mobility and those who demonstrate and prove success will be rewarded with increased growth.

Responsibilities: \• Devising driver routes and ensuring coverage in all geographies. In the event of a driver call out, calling off duty drivers in will be required \• Assist with tracking driver Key Performance Indicators and ensuring these are met \• Creating reports to track performance of multiple key metrics \• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance \• When the need arises, delivering or handing off orders may be necessary \• Assisting with AM and PM driver launch and ensure all drivers are launched on time \• Assist drivers with route structuring, mileage reporting, and order creation \• Create and execute strategies to increase productivity and efficiency

Qualifications: \• 2-3+ years of retail\/CPG\/ or operations experience \• Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency \• Desire for upward mobility \• Key experience devising and implementing success strategies \• Open availability - although this position will be mostly AM hours, it will include weekends and could include nights as well \• We occasionally work long hours here, we have a goal in mind and are looking to smash it \• Reliable \& Punctual - if you prove yourself to be unreliable or prone to tardiness this is not likely the position for you

Nice to Have: \• Experience working at a fast growth company (be prepared to elaborate) \• Experience working with cannabis or other highly regulated industries \• A proven ability to execute against strict goals and timelines \• Experience in the cannabis industry (though not necessary) \• A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
