  • How can I pay for my order?

    Bay Area/Central Valley:

    Cash, Paytender ($4.99 fee), and Credit Card are offered throughout.


    Sacramento:

    Cash and Handheld ATM machines are offered.

  • What's the most I can order?

    Due to prop 64, the recreational using adult can purchase 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate per day. This does NOT apply to MMIC cardholders as they can purchase more.

  • How long does it take for my delivery?

    Our average delivery time is 45 to 90 minutes. If a driver is running late they will text you an update with their estimated delivery time.

  • Do you offer a veterans discount?

    Yes, here at Smoakland we not only appreciate but truly value our veterans and the sacrifices they've made! This is why we have one of the most competitive and generous veterans discounts in the industry. Verify your Military ID or DD214 with us to qualify.

  • Do you offer any loyalty programs?

    Yes, once you create an account at Smoakland.com and become a verified member you are able to collect points with every purchase. You can also start referring your friends and both of you will receive $10 off your next order!

  • Do drivers keep all of their tips?

    Yes, the drivers keep 100% of all tips,  We also have all of our drivers on W-4s and can receive benefits.  We respect our drivers and they are the heart of our business.

  • Where do you get your products from?

    All of our products are produced, sourced, and farmed locally. We support our neighbors and always do our best to buy from all of them.

  • How long has Smoakland been around?

    We have been a part of the Bay Area cannabis community since 2018.  With our roots in Oakland, we are always looking to expand throughout California and hopefully the rest of the USA!

  • What is the difference between Organix and Exotix?

    Our Smoakland Organix are premium sungrown flowers, commonly known as outdoor flowers. Our Organix are sourced from Northern and Southern regions of California. Our latest strains come from Yolo, Humboldt, Trinity, and Santa Barbara Counties. These areas are known to have some of the richest soil in the state. Smoakland Exotix are premium top shelf flowers. Each strain is grown in a more controlled environment and harvested at its peak to yield the highest potency and quality of our flower.

    All orders over $75 are free. There is a $5 delivery fee for orders under that threshold.

    Smoakland delivers most orders in an hour or less. You can also schedule a delivery time.

    No. Smoakland delivers recreational cannabis to users 21 and over with a valid, state-issued photo ID.



  • How much should I tip the delivery driver?

    It’s really up to you, but if you’re happy with the service, tip the driver the same way you would a server or bartender that provided good service.

  • Do you take returns?

    Smoakland does not take any returns or exchanges. All sales are final with the exception of malfunctioning hardware or incorrect product delivery. If a product is malfunctioning we have a 72-hour exchange policy.

  • Do Smoakland drivers carry change?

    No. For the safety of Smoakland drivers, they do not provide change. Any extra cash received by the drivers will be considered as drivers tips.

  • What hours is Smoakland open for delivery?

    Smoakland is open 7 days a week from 7 AM - 10 PM.

  • Are there any additional taxes in California for delivery?

    No. Delivery and retail cannabis taxes are the same.
